DELIVERY TERMS

1. Order Processing and Dispatch: GameCentric commits to promptly process and hand over orders to the designated courier service upon receiving payment and confirmation, or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation. GameCentric is not liable for any delays caused by the courier and cannot guarantee specific delivery times once the order is in transit.
2. Delivery Address: All orders will be shipped to the buyer’s registered address associated with the payment card unless an alternative address is specified at the time of order.
3. Transit Damage: GameCentric is not responsible for any damage to items while in transit. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any visible damage to the carrier immediately.
4. Partial Shipments: While we strive to ship all items in an order together, certain items may ship separately due to product availability or specific handling requirements. We will notify you in advance if this affects your order.
5. Invoice and Documentation: All items, including gifts, are shipped with an invoice listing the purchase price. Customs or duty fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND OPTIONS

1. Free Shipping: Free shipping is available within the UAE on orders over 299 AED (excluding free zone areas).
   Standard Shipping: Orders under 299 AED or shipments to restricted zones will incur a 20 AED delivery fee. Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days.
2. Heavy Items: For items over 2kg, additional shipping charges apply based on the item’s weight and volume. Charges are calculated at checkout.
3. International Shipping: International shipping rates vary by location, shipping method, and package dimensions. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for international orders. Buyers are responsible for any customs clearance charges, and an “extended area surcharge” may apply based on location.

Insurance: We recommend insuring all international shipments to protect against loss or damage. Check with the carrier regarding specific insurance coverage options and regulations, as these may vary by country.

Delivery Coverage: GameCentric ships to the UAE and KSA.

Product Warranty: All electronic products purchased from GameCentric come with a UAE warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty excludes the following:

• Loss of data or information stored on devices.
• Damage due to misuse, liquid contamination, or unauthorized modifications.
• Accessories such as keyboards, mice, cables, batteries, and consumables are not covered.

Virtual Gift Cards: Virtual gift cards are delivered via email within 1-2 hours of purchase to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your gift card within this timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder or contact our customer support team. Virtual gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
