REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

GameCentric is committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds and exchanges are offered at the discretion of GameCentric Management under the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

1.1 Customers may return eligible products for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.
1.2 The original invoice must be presented to process any refund or exchange.
1.3 Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in resalable condition.
1.4 Refunds are issued as a gift voucher or credit voucher on Marketplace.GameCentric.io, equivalent to the original invoice value.

2. Non-Refundable Items

2.1 Products are not eligible for refund or exchange after 7 days from the purchase date.
2.2 Refunds or exchanges are not available for items without defects.
2.3 Digital Products: All digital products, including games and virtual gift cards, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

3.1 If an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
3.2 GameCentric will replace damaged or defective products at no additional cost to you.
3.3 If a damaged product is not reported within 24 hours, GameCentric will not be liable for replacements.

4. Before Accepting Delivery

4.1 Inspect the product’s packaging for any visible damage or tampering.
4.2 If the packaging appears compromised, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

5. Digital Products and Virtual Gift Cards

5.1 Virtual Gift Cards are delivered electronically and are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once a virtual gift card has been issued, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

6. Verification and Quality Checks

6.1 Returned products undergo a quality verification by our team.
6.2 If a returned product is found to be undamaged or non-defective, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and reshipment.
